We’re Britt & Elsa Raynor — real estate investors, small business owners, and proud parents of three incredible kids: Doria, Kade, and Eva. Over the past 30+ years, we’ve built a diverse real estate portfolio spanning residential and commercial properties across the US.
Since graduating Clemson University with a degree in Financial Management in 1992, Britt has been involved in all aspects of real estate. From appraisals to sales, to design & renovation, to project & property management, he brings deep, hands-on expertise to every project. Meanwhile Elsa, since raising our three wonderful children, has been utilizing her Masters in Social Work degree to counsel cancer patients and their families in South Florida for the past 10+ years.
In case you were wondering — yes, there is a real Maverick. Mav was a Sheppard Mix, and the best pup we could have ever asked for. We lost Maverick just shy of his 7th birthday in 2023, after a short battle with lymphoma. Although he is gone, his legacy lives on...

Residential Investments
It all started with our first home — a fixer-upper on a great block. We bought it, rolled up our sleeves, renovated it from top to bottom, and sold it for a profit a few years later. That was it. We were hooked. The thrill of the hunt, the satisfaction of the transformation, the reward of a smart investment — it got into our blood and never left. From there, we spent years growing our residential real estate portfolio before making the leap into commercial, where we acquired our first self-storage facility. We haven’t looked back since.
Maverick Self-Storage
Our long-term focus is self-storage, where we're applying everything we've learned from residential real estate and business operations. We're interested in acquiring facilities from owners looking to transition out of the business, as well as properties where we can unlock additional value through targeted improvements. We're excited about the storage industry and our hands-on experience in acquisitions and operations allows us to offer sellers a smooth transition out of storage & into their next venture.
Business Ownership
Running successful businesses has always been at the core of how we invest. Between our current house-flipping & property management operation and our previous appraisal business, we’ve built real operational muscle — learning firsthand how to scale teams, streamline systems, and maximize profitability. That hands-on experience goes far beyond finance. It’s shaped how we think about service delivery, customer retention, technology, and knowing when — and how — to exit.
